RETURNS POLICY

You have 12 days to send back your items for a full refund. All items bust be unused and in the same condition with tags attached. Unfortunately refunds are not free of charge and will cost £3 - £4 to return. If you live in the Glasgow area, you also have the option to receive a free pick up return. 

IS THERE ANYTHING NON REFUNDABLE?

We do not accept returns on any underwear garments, this includes socks.   

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

1.To start your return, e-mail ciancio.collective@hotmail.co.uk or message us @ciancio.collective on Instagram with your name and order number. 

2. Package your item/s, making sure they are in the same condition they arrived in. We will send the address you have to return the item to. 

REFUNDS

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching us. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return.
